1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Moshref AI Agent Messenger (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Moshref provides an AI-driven automation platform that integrates with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and WhatsApp to automate customer communications. The service uses third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI) and database management systems (e.g., Supabase, n8n) to process and deliver responses.

3. Account & Integration

  • Access: You must provide accurate information to create an account.
  • Meta Integration: To use the Service, you must grant Moshref access to your Meta Business accounts via official APIs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Permissions: You grant Moshref the right to access, process, and reply to messages on your behalf through the connected channels.

4. User Responsibilities & Content

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the “Knowledge Base” (files, PDFs, or text) provided to the AI. Moshref is not responsible for incorrect AI responses based on inaccurate data provided by you.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You may not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.
  • Prohibited Content: You shall not use the Service to process sensitive personal health information, financial records, or government IDs.

5. AI Disclaimers & Limitations

  • Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are automated and may occasionally contain errors or “hallucinations.” Moshref does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses.
  • Human Oversight: We recommend periodic monitoring of AI conversations to ensure quality and compliance with your business standards.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees for the Service (Setup fees or monthly subscriptions) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). Moshref reserves the right to suspend access if payments are overdue.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: Moshref retains all rights to the Service’s software, workflows (n8n diagrams), and branding.
  • Your Property: You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if Meta revokes our application’s access due to your account’s activity. You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moshref Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including AI errors or Meta platform outages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
